What do you do at The Bridge?
I lead our worship team and congregation in worship throughout the week, will be developing new leaders and team members, and do all the behind the scenes things to make that happen.
Three things you do in your spare time?
Dabble in song writing and help friends when they need vocals an a song, discover new and delicious recipes, and enjoy the outdoors by either hiking, camping, or roadtripping
Favourite author?
Hands down Robert Munsch! His "I love you forever" book has me in tears every time. But in all seriousness, I don't do a lot of reading and can never remember the names of the others. My current study is the life of David called "A man of passion and destiny" by Chuck Swindoll.
Something on your bucket list?
Backpack Cinque Terre and other areas of Italy. I'd love to take a cooking class in Italy and learn from the locals.
Describe your perfect moment?
In what context? lol. One of my favourite moments is when I lead worship during ministry time at an Alpha Holy Spirit Weekend. We had just spent the day discovering who The Holy Spirit is and how we can be filled with The Holy Spirit. At the end of the day, the facilitator opened up the floor for people to come forward for prayer to be filled with The Holy Spirit and my role was to provide Spirit lead worship while people were being prayed over. There is something so special when you allow Holy Spirit to minister to His people through you! What only seemed like maybe an hour was three, as I poured out praise over people being ministered to. There were moments I'd open my eyes to see what God was doing in the room to be encouraged and realize that the songs I had just been lead to sing drew people closer to the feet of Jesus.
